Return & Exchange Policy for Prosell

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Defective or Damaged Products:
We accept returns and exchanges for products that are defective or damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3-4 days of receiving your order if you discover any issues.
1.2 Incorrect Items:
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 3-4 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
1.3 Change of Mind:
For non-defective items, we offer returns and exchanges within 3-4 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
2.1 Contact Us:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@prosell.in. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Return Authorization:
Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return & Exchange Conditions
3.1 Original Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
3.2 Unused and Unaltered:
Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Any alterations or signs of use may result in the denial of the return or exchange.
3.3 Return Shipping:
For non-defective items and change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refunds and Exchanges Process
4.1 Refunds:
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3-4 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.2 Exchanges:
Exchanges for defective or damaged items will be processed once we receive the returned product. Exchanges for change-of-mind returns will be shipped once the original item is returned and inspected.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy applies.
